"unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain..." psalm 127:1

Rolling, eating, and napping... oh my!
I already stated recently that our son is fast growing little pumpkin. Well, now he does it with purpose! He could already kinda roll from his back to his tummy, but now he knows that he can use it to get to something. In the video above, I had a hard time keeping him on his back just to tape it. This is a discovery he made today! Yesterday was also a big day. Joe fed him his first solid meal- oatmeal. Well... oatmeal with a little sugar. Realizing that he doesn't like the oatmeal by itself, and talking to other moms about what they first fed their kids, we'll mix a tiny bit of sweet potato in tonight without the sugar and see how that goes for a week.
God continues to amaze me with the little guy. All that we learn when we are so small. We don't notice patterns, textures, etc. just when we are looking for our first house. We delve into them with vigor when we are only infants! And wow, how much excitement flows from learning new moves, new noises, new responses. Praise God.
